Become a Precinct Committeemen

Thank you for your interest in becoming a PC. If you haven’t already, please review the responsibilities of a PC.

There are two ways to become a PC: by appointment, or by election.

Become a PC by appointment

Please note for PC appointments, there MUST be vacancies in your precinct.

    1. Visit the district locator and enter your address.
    2. Note your Legislative District. If you are NOT in Legislative District 4, please find your district’s chairmen and email them. If you are in Legislative District 4, continue with these steps.
    3. Visit the precinct locator and enter your address.
    4. Note your Precinct. If you cannot find your precinct, select I don’t know my precinct in the precinct drop down below.
    5. Fill out the PC Form below and we will contact you as soon as possible.

Become a PC by election

PC elections occur in even number voting years during the August primaries. To be placed on the ballot, please follow the steps below.

    1. Visit the district locator and enter your address.
    2. Note your Legislative District. If you are NOT in Legislative District 4, please find your district’s chairmen and email them. If you are in Legislative District 4, continue with these steps.
    3. Visit the precinct locator and enter your address.
    4. Note your Precinct.
    5. Email [email protected] to receive a Nomination Paper and Nomination Petition (required forms to become a candidate).
