- Oct 7 Voter Registration Deadline
- Oct 9 Ballots Mailed & Drop Boxes Available
- Oct 25 Last Day to Request an Early Ballot- If you are eligible to vote by mail and choose to do so, you should plan ahead to give yourself enough time to receive and then complete and return your ballot by your state’s deadlines.
- Oct 29 Last Day to Mail Early Ballot
USPS advises: Where voters will both receive and send a ballot by mail, voters should submit their ballot request early enough so that it is received by their election officials at least 15 days before Election Day at a minimum, and preferably long before that time.
Ballots mailed on Oct 29th will not be counted until after election night because your signature will have to be verified.
Ballots dropped at the polls on election night will not be counted until after election night because your signature will have to be verified.
If you cannot mail your ballot before Oct 23rd plan on voting in person to have your ballot counted on election night.
If you are going to be out of town: How to forward your Ballot: Arizona law does not allow official election materials, such as ballots, to be forwarded by the Post Office. If you would like to have your ballot mailed to a temporary mailing address, make your request by calling the Maricopa County elections team at (602) 506-1511 or send an email to [email protected]

Hello, my name is __________. I am your local Republican Precinct Committeeman for Legislative District 4.
I am writing to encourage you to vote early. Why? The upcoming General Election will have candidates and propositions on both sides of 2 pages (that’s 4 sides of ballot paper). By receiving your ballot early in the mail, you will have sufficient time to review and make informed decisions. Or, if you prefer to not be on the Early Voter List, you can still walk in and vote early at any Voter Center throughout Maricopa County (you do NOT have to be on the Early Voter list to vote early at a Voting Center). The last option is to vote in person on Election Day Nov 5 by putting your ballot through the tabulator. Of course we are recommending voting Republican up and down the ballot. Soon, I will send a text message with my recommended positions on the many propositions on the ballot. Please let me know if you have questions. Thank you, __________
How to request an Early Ballot: http://my.arizona.vote/
Beginning Oct 9: ballots will mailed and some Voting Centers will be open
Oct 24: the last day to request an Early Ballot
Nov 5: the only day for in-person tabulated ballot voting
